Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Photography Tour - June 17-22, 2011

Join Amanda for an amazing photographic experience in the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary in northern British Columbia, Canada. During this time of year the bears are at the shoreline feasting on sedge grasses providing a wonderful opportunity to photograph the bears up-close from the safety of our inflatable boat. You may witness the bears courting and mating, playing, and mothers teaching their cubs the "bear" way of life. In addition to the bears you might see seals, many species of birds including bald and golden eagles, and wolves. The Khutzeymateen is located in rainforest and offers beautiful scenery.

While in the sanctuary we will live aboard the Sunchaser yacht, one of only two groups permitted to enter the sanctuary. The exclusive access to the sanctuary ensures that your photography will be undisturbed by crowds, and Amanda will be right beside you with photography tips. This area is pristine and only accessible by float plane or boat.
